Part of HM Coastguard’s Search and Rescue Team. We rescue people trapped on cliffs or struggling in the water. We also assist the police in searching for missing people.

I’m based in the South West, but I work with businesses all over the UK. Most of our sessions happen online—unless we’re neighbours, in which case, let’s grab a coffee.
Who I work with
I love working with small businesses, particularly (but not exclusively) those in the language industry. I took my own company from a standing start to something sustainable and sellable. I now help others do the same.
How I work
I keep things simple, practical, and stress-free. No jargon, no fluff—just solid advice. I’ll be your mentor, sounding board, and your go-to person when things get tricky.
How long it takes
From just a few weeks to a year or more, the time needed is unique to you and your business. I’ll be here for as long as you need me, and you can cancel anytime.

I offer one-to-one support, tailored to your business, your goals, and where you want to go. Think of it as a blend of mentoring, coaching, consulting, and advising—all designed to get you the results you’re after. We’ll meet regularly to figure out the right strategy, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so the time we’ll need depends on you. My fees are always upfront and agreed in advance. No surprises—just good advice.
In Practice: Henry
● Henry and I meet every week on Zoom to create and manage a plan for his business. I guide him through putting that plan into action and keep him on track.
● Between sessions, I’m just a message or call away. Need help closing a deal? I’ve got you. Dealing with a tricky staff issue? Let’s chat it through.
● Henry gets access to my experience, my network, and my resources. Most importantly, he has a reliable, confidential advisor in his corner, every step of the way.
