Hi, I’m Paul

Based in South-East Cornwall, I help small businesses and start-ups grow, overcome challenges, and navigate the ups and downs of running a company.

I’ve been there myself—building a professional services start-up into a thriving business before selling it in a private equity-backed deal. Now, I use that experience to guide owners through growth, challenges, or preparing for an exit.

When not working – which I only do part time - you’ll find me playing tennis, kitesurfing, or hiking. I’m also part of HM Coastguard’s Search and Rescue team, where it’s important to stay calm under pressure and solve problems in some pretty high-stakes situations. Those skills come in handy in the business world, too!
